The American Catfishing Association has created a tournament alliance that will unify catfish tournament events and anglers all around the country. The ACA Tournament Alliance is the first of its kind in the recreational fishing industry to assemble a national group of independent events, and SeaArk is proud to be included in this with our SeaArk Owner’s Tournament.

SeaArk Boats President, Steve Henderson stated, “For the past 16 years, I have had the pleasure of watching the sport of catfishing grow into a major segment in the fishing industry. The time for the ACA is now and SeaArk is committed to be a part of the growth, improvement and preservation of this great sport and community of anglers.”

“The American Catfishing Association was founded for the purpose of conservation, unification and service to one of the largest segments in the recreational fishing industry. The ACA is extremely grateful for the dynamic partnership between the ACA, SeaArk and SeaArk’s partners Suzuki Marine and Marine Master Trailers. It is proof positive of what happens when industry leaders come together for the betterment of the sport and catfish community,” said ACA Co-Director Glen T. Oberacker.

The objective of the American Catfishing Association (ACA) is to be a unification conduit for individual anglers, product and service providers, retailers, tournament and event organizers and as an ambassador to the public regarding the great sport of catfishing. With a huge focus on conservation and regulation efforts the ACA is doing its part to service, educate, and advance the sport of catfishing.
