
MIAMI, FL (February 17, 2022) – Nautique Boats has been celebrated all week with honors in various award presentations. During the Miami International Boat Show, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) hosted their annual awards breakfast where Nautique received an award for outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, and the Marine Marketers of America also announced the results of their annual Neptune Awards.
During the Neptune Awards that were released earlier this week, Nautique was recognized for their achievements in marketing throughout the 2021 year. The Nautique website won top honors in the Brand Website category as the best website in the industry. With the intuitive interface, high-quality content and state-of-the-art interactive boat builder, the Nautique site stood head and shoulders above the rest. Nautique was also awarded in the Email Marketing category, winning for their Lead Nurture email series that delivers a stream of targeted content to consumers on the model they are interested in.
Each year, the NMMA Marine Industry CSI Awards honor participating boat manufacturers that excel in customer satisfaction during that calendar year. Nautique maintained a score of over 90 percent in customer satisfaction during 2021 based on information provided by customers. Achieving that score signifies Nautique’s top honor in the CSI Awards for the 16th consecutive time by this independently-measured customer satisfaction award.
