Nautique Honored in Customer Satisfaction

MIAMI, FL (February 16, 2023) – The Miami International Boat Show is taking place this week, with Nautique Boats being celebrated for their efforts in outstanding customer satisfaction. The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) hosted their annual awards ceremony where the results of the annual Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were released.

Nautique took top honors in the NMMA Marine Industry CSI Awards for the 17th consecutive year. This award is given to participating boat manufacturers that excel in customer satisfaction during the previous calendar year. Nautique maintained a score of over 90 percent in customer satisfaction during 2022 based on information provided by customers in order to achieve this independently-measured customer satisfaction award.
