Correct Craft Pyramid

OUR APPROACH

Correct Craft is a strategic plan driven company that highly values its culture. That is why we focus heavily on maintaining a highly relational culture, following the Correct Craft identity pyramid that captures both what is important to the company and how we conduct ourselves. Our focus remains on the three pillars of our company – People, Performance, and Philanthropy.

Correct Craft has been growing quickly and is always open to new opportunities to speak with business owners who are considering selling. We would love the opportunity to discuss how we can advance your legacy into the future.

OUTREACH

The most unique part of Correct Craft’s culture is our focus on philanthropy. As part of our “Making Life Better” mission, Correct Craft employees not only serve locally but also travel throughout the world to help those in need. We have served in India, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Haiti, Dominican Republic, British Virgin Islands, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Mexico, and here in the U.S. on the Apache reservation. Our team wants to make life better by helping those we can, both at home and around the globe.

Central California

During the trip, Correct Craft employees helped the Winton LifeLife Community Center by installing flooring, panels, doors, light fixtures and ceiling tiles. They also installed drywall and built both railings and a shade pergola that went behind the center. Correct Craft painted, updated computer systems, and provided funding for a new roof for the community center. Correct Craft employees also served the community’s cherished Applegate Park and Zoo by building a bulletin board, repairing walkways, painting, and completing other miscellaneous maintenance and repair projects.
